How do I access my account?

Use the Sign In button in the top right corner and enter your email address.

You can sign in using your password or request a secure sign-in link directly to your email.

How do I reset my password?

On the Sign In page, select Sign in with password and click Set new password.

Enter the email connected to your account and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

You can also sign in instantly using a secure sign-in link sent to your email.

How do I access the Spaces?

Once signed in, open the Spaces section from the top menu to enter your available experiences and content.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?

Content inside Supreme Empires is primarily available through streaming while signed into your account.

Inside the mobile app, selected videos can also be saved for offline viewing.

Why is a video buffering or not playing smoothly?

Playback quality is usually connected to internet speed or device performance.

For the best experience, we recommend a stable high-speed connection. Refreshing the page or restarting the app/browser can also help.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign into your account and open your Profile in the top right corner.

Under Purchases, you can manage or end your subscription at any time.

How do I change my subscription or update my payment details?

Sign into your account and open your Profile in the top right corner.

Under Purchases, you can manage your subscription, change plans, or update your payment method at any time.

Why might a payment not go through?

Some banks or card providers place restrictions on online or recurring payments.

If your payment doesn’t complete successfully, we recommend checking with your bank or trying a different payment method

Are purchases refundable?

All purchases inside Supreme Empires are final and non-refundable.
